Ann Romney chickened out when asked by KWQC Anchor David Nelson asked the question “Here in Iowa, as you know, same-sex marriage is legal.  Do you believe a lesbian mother should be allowed to marry her partner?”

her answer ? " ....those are hot-button issues that distract from what the real voting issue is going to be at this election. "

Let's be honest . We know her homophobic religious myth induced answer . NO.

but even though one may hold such an ignorant opinion to which they are entitled the premise that the issue isn't an important one 

is just as disgraceful and ignorant.  It says basically keeping someone a second class citizen is ok. Not of importance. Keeping people from equal rights is ok .  Not as important as jobs or the economy.

I disagree. I feel it's just as important.
